Basketball is a game which involves vigorous physical activity. This sport is usually played on the court with two teams consisting of five players each. Do leg exercises to make your legs strong. Strengthening your legs will ensure that you can properly make that big leap up on the air. There are many different exercises that you may do. These include jogging, walking, riding a bike, and jumping rope. Doing leg exercises will help strengthen this muscle group. Be sure to so some stretching before doing any of these activities.

In order to make that proper posture, you must also have the right accessory. Getting the right shoes will aid you in your jump.
